Our Non-Exclusive Manufacturer’s Sales Agreement

This legal contract states rights and responsibilities of the party agreeing to list their manufactured products on our platform and includes clauses covering trade aspects such as sales, inventory management, tax regulations, payment plans and more. The terms regarding packaging, shipping and delivery of products have also been outlined in the agreement, along with conditions for contract termination.
