UFLPA Compliance Policy for Remedial Triangle Corp Marketplace

Remedial Triangle Corp (RTC) is committed to compliance with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA). We do not knowingly source goods produced with forced labor. We require our sellers and suppliers to comply with UFLPA and to provide documentation verifying that goods and components are not produced with forced labor.

Scope

  • Applies to all products listed and sold on the Remedial Triangle Corp Marketplace and to all sellers and suppliers.

Prohibited Goods

  • Goods mined, produced, or manufactured wholly or in part with forced labor in Xinjiang, China, or other restricted sources under UFLPA, or goods lacking verifiable non-forced-labor origin documentation.
  • RTC may suspend or remove any listing or product that cannot be verified as compliant.

Seller and Supplier Requirements

  • Complete a supply-chain questionnaire and provide certifications or documentation demonstrating non-forced-labor origin.
  • Cooperate with RTC’s verification efforts and respond to requests for information within 10 business days (or a mutually agreed timeframe).
  • Update origin and component information promptly if circumstances change.

Verification and Due Diligence

  • RTC conducts risk-based screening of suppliers and product origins using credible sources and, where available, third-party audits.
  • While supplier attestations are considered, RTC reserves the right to request additional documentation or perform further verification as needed.

Listing and Content Responsibilities

  • Sellers must accurately disclose country of origin, components, and manufacturing details.
  • Any changes to origin information must be updated in a timely manner.
Listing content must reflect compliant supply-chain information; non-compliant listings will be removed.

Red Flags and Actions

  • Missing or inconsistent origin documentation; supplier refusal to provide information; unusual supply – chain patterns.
  • In such cases, RTC will suspend affected listings and investigate. If non-compliance is confirmed, the seller or supplier may be suspended or terminated.

Reporting and Remediation

  • Users and suppliers can report suspected non-compliance to RTC’s Compliance Team at info@remedialtriangle.com.
  • RTC will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, up to removal of listings or termination of seller accounts.

Training and Review

  • RTC provides ongoing training on UFLPA requirements to staff and engaging sellers.
  • This policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed.
